To place an order on our e-commerce site, we invite you to follow the following steps. This process will only take a few minutes...

    To add products to your cart, go to a product page and choose your quantity. You have an "Add to cart" button. Just click on it and you're done. You can also add a product from the homepage or the category.

Returning products from an order

You can use your customer account or send a form by mail:

  • Via your customer account

    1. In your customer account, go to your order history
    2. Select the order containing the product you want to return.
    3. Select the product(s) to return by checking the box next to their name(s). You can add an explanation, so we understand why the order is being returned.

    Once this form is filled out, click on "Make a product return", and the request is sent to our logistics department.

    Initially, the request takes the status of "Pending confirmation". We will control the administrative aspect and set your order status to "Awaiting package".

    You must return the package to the following address WOODY BELGIUM SRL (Ateliers Cambier) - Premiere rue 14 - 6040 Jumet - Belgium with the document to print and include in your package.

    Upon receipt of the package by our teams, the status will change to "Package received".

  • Via signed mail

    Please complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw.
